Good to know
This detached ADU offers privacy while sharing the yard space with the main home. Please be mindful of noise in shared areas, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
Other Details to Note
The couch doubles as a queen-size Murphy bed, designed to maximize space in our cozy studio. All pillows are removable—the bottom pillows are stored on the side of the couch, while the back pillows can be tucked behind the bed when folded down (see pictures). You'll find blankets in the basket on the wall next to the couch, with extra pillows and blankets stored in the living area nooks and in the loft, which can be accessed via the pull-down ladder in the living/bedroom space."

The Guesthouse is situated at the end of the driveway, offering a private and peaceful stay. The main house, occupied by the owner and a tenant, is completely separate and located on the right side of the driveway. For parking, you’ll find free street parking right in front of the house on 42nd Ave, or you can opt for quieter spots in the surrounding neighborhood streets
